We offer a full range of legal services for international and Vietnamese clients. Corporate and Commercial DDT LAWYERS, LLC provides the following legal services to international and domestic clients: • Advising and assisting foreign investors in the establishment of their business vehicles in Vietnam. This includes supporting clients as they pursue 100% foreign-invested enterprises, joint venture companies, business cooperation contracts, branch and representative offices and conducting business operations in Vietnam. • Advising and assisting companies in obtaining required permission/permits after they have been authorized/established to conduct business in Vietnam. • Advising and assisting clients on the proper application procedures for leasing land in fulfilment of their projects. • Advising and assisting clients in mergers and acquisition in Vietnam. • Advising established internationally invested enterprises as they seek to convert into joint stock companies. • Advising enterprises who have elected to sell shares to international strategic investors. • Advising and assisting domestic investors (including overseas Vietnamese) who want to establish limited liability and joint stock companies in Vietnam. • Assisting domestic enterprises in application for incentives for their investment projects. • Preparing, reviewing and advising on joint venture contracts and charters (namely articles of association) for international and domestic invested enterprises. • Advising on restructuring and liquidation as well as drafting capital assignment agreements. • Advising on commercial and other transactions during the establishment of a business operation (such as distribution agreements, agency agreements, business cooperation contracts and advertising agreements). |
